Choose the Browser Type in which to enable Cookies.
To Logon to the "Agency Statistics" application, Cookies MUST be Enabled in your browser. Cookies are small temporary text files used to store information pertaining to your current session. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge and permission, nor do we resell or distribute any site visitor data, including information that may be collected as a natural by-product of your visit. For additional information on cookies visit Cookie Central's cookie FAQ. Please select the Web Browser you wish to enable Cookies on.

Microsoft ® Internet Explorer (Determine your Version)

From the Help menu, select "About Internet Explorer", and note the version. If your Browser version is less than 4.0 you will have to obtain a newer version of Internet Explorer.

Microsoft ® Internet Explorer 6.x:

  1. From the Tools menu, select "Internet Options".
  2. From the Privacy tab, and click the "Advanced" button.
  3. If they are not enabled, Enable the following options.
    1. Override automatic cookie handling.
    2. "Accept" or "Prompt" First-party Cookies.
    3. "Accept" or "Prompt" Third-party Cookies.
    4. Always allow Session Cookies.
  4. Click the OK button to save your changes and close the Internet Options window.

Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.x:
  1. From the Tools menu, select "Internet Options".
  2. From the Security tab, select the "Internet" zone and click the "Custom Level" button.
  3. Scroll to the Cookies subsection, and make sure the following are both enabled:
    1. "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
    2. "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)"
  4. If they are not enabled, select Enable for both.
  5. Click the OK button to save your changes and close the Internet Options window.

Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.x:
  1. From the View menu, select "Internet Options".
  2. Go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Security section.
  4. In the Cookies subsection, select ""Always accept cookies" to turn them on.
  5. Click the OK button to save your changes and close the Internet Options window.

Netscape™ Navigator 7.x or 6.x:
  1. From the Toolbar, click the "Edit" button.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Click the "Privacy and Security" category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
  4. Click "Cookies".
  5. Select the appropriate choice:
    1. Enable all cookies.
    2. Enable cookies for the originating web site only.
    3. If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

Netscape™ Navigator 4.x:
  1. From the Menubar, click the "Edit" button.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Click the "Advanced" option on the Category menu.
  4. Click "Cookies".
  5. Select the appropriate choice:
    1. Enable all cookies.
    2. Enable cookies for the originating web site only.
    3. If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

AOL 9.0
  1. Launch AOL Browser.
  2. From the AOL Toolbar, select "Settings".
  3. Select Internet [Web] Options.
  4. Select Use your Internet Explorer Settings to set advanced browser options.
  5. Select the "Privacy" tab, then Select "Advanced".
  6. Deselect override automatic cookie handling button.
  7. Click the OK button to save your changes.

AOL 8.0 or AOL 7.0 with Internet Explorer 6.x:
  1. Launch AOL Browser.
  2. From the AOL Toolbar, select "Settings".
  3. Select "Preferences".
  4. Select Internet Properties (WWW).
  5. Select the "Privacy" tab, then Select "Advanced".
  6. Deselect override automatic cookie handling button.
  7. Click the OK button to save your changes.

AOL 7.0 with Internet Explorer 5.x:
  1. Launch AOL Browser.
  2. From the AOL Toolbar, select "Settings".
  3. Select "Preferences".
  4. Select Internet Properties (WWW).
  5. Select the "Security" tab.
  6. Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable".
  7. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable".
  8. Click the OK button, Yes you want to save the settings.

Opera 7.x:
  1. Click on the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Select "Privacy" in the network category.
  4. Under "Normal cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance.
  5. Under "Third-party cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance.
  6. Click the "Apply" and OK button to save your changes.

Macintosh IE 5.x:
  1. Click "Edit".
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Under the Receiving Files option, select "Cookies".
  4. Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance.
